pkr66 Terms & Conditions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pkr66", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the pkr66 platform, its operators, and their authorised representatives.
• "Platform" — the pkr66 website accessible at pkr66.pro, all subdomains, associated mobile interfaces, and any application or software made available by pkr66.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or uses any service offered by pkr66.
• "Account" — the registered player account created on the Platform, identified by a unique username and password chosen by the Player.
• "Real-Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player and held in their pkr66 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) or another accepted currency.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional funds, free spins values, or other incentives credited by pkr66 to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of any pkr66 service after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the pkr66 Platform only. Duplicate Accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are prohibited. If a Player is found to hold multiple Accounts, pkr66 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any bonus balances held across those Accounts, and withhold withdrawals pending a full review.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. pkr66 recommends the use of a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until such time as you notify pkr66 of any suspected unauthorised access.

• You must notify pkr66 immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Sharing your Account with any other person is strictly prohibited, regardless of relationship.
• Corporate or institutional Accounts are not permitted; the Platform is for individual personal use only.

pkr66 reserves the right to refuse any registration application, suspend any Account, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

pkr66 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL digital banking, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location or account status. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Real-Money Balance within two minutes under normal operating conditions. pkr66 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This rule exists to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals: typically processed within 2–4 hours.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank bank transfers: typically 1–2 business days.
• Visa/Mastercard refunds: 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. pkr66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including source-of-funds declarations for large transactions. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending dispute, or an incomplete KYC review.

pkr66 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only — eligibility criteria are stated per promotion.
• Bonus funds are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real-Money Balance.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as stated per promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated at the time of issue; unused bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.

Each game available on the pkr66 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood those rules.

The following general rules apply across all games on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkr66 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager, except in cases of proven technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, pkr66 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Real-Money Balance.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. pkr66 does not influence game results in any manner.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are independently verified and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.
• For sports betting markets, pkr66 reserves the right to void a market if the event is abandoned, postponed, or if a material pricing error is identified prior to settlement.
• Live in-play cricket and PSL betting markets are subject to latency considerations; bets placed after an event has effectively concluded may be voided at pkr66's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr66 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or registering under a false or borrowed identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the Platform without human intervention.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in any game format, including poker or live dealer tables.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any systematic approach designed to guarantee profit by exploiting promotional terms.
• Charging back any deposit via your payment provider without first raising the dispute with pkr66 support.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Sharing access to your Account with any third party or allowing any third party to use your Account.

pkr66 employs real-time fraud detection, behavioural analysis, and periodic manual account reviews. Where prohibited conduct is detected, pkr66 may act without prior notice to protect the integrity of the Platform and other Players.

pkr66 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is intended to provide entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. pkr66 recognises that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours and has implemented a suite of tools to support those players.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods — temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from pkr66.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pkr66 software.
• Create derivative works based on any pkr66 intellectual property.
• Use the pkr66 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party game suppliers remains the intellectual property of those suppliers and is licensed to pkr66 for distribution on the Platform. pkr66 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational damage.

pkr66 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. pkr66 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible and to communicate planned downtime in advance.

pkr66 accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or internet infrastructure failures outside pkr66's control.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.
• Decisions made by the Player under the influence of alcohol, substances, or impaired judgement.

Nothing in this clause limits pkr66's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by pkr66's own actions.

pkr66 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr66 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, segregated data storage, and strict access controls limiting staff access to player data on a need-to-know basis.

pkr66 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention services where required to operate the Platform lawfully and securely.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document reflect the current version. Previous versions of the Terms are available upon written request to the pkr66 support team.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of pkr66's operating licence.

pkr66 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the pkr66 service, you should follow this process:

During any ongoing dispute, the portion of a Player's balance that is subject to the dispute may be temporarily withheld pending resolution. pkr66 will not withhold funds unrelated to the active dispute.
